What does it cost to have you come look?
A first diagnostic visit is free within my normal service radius (Corvallis, Philomath, Albany, Lebanon, Independence, Monmouth, Dallas, Harrisburg). Beyond that, I'll quote a travel fee before the visit.
How fast can you actually get there?
Within 24 hours for most weekday calls. Same-day for emergencies and deal-saving situations.
Do you do the work yourself?
I'm a licensed general contractor and I can take on the project under Aspen Custom Ranch Enterprises, LLC. But I don't have an in-house crew, which means I source the right specialist for your specific problem rather than fitting your problem to my crew's calendar. Many clients hire me as Owner's Rep instead, where they retain their own contractors and I oversee the work.
What if the problem isn't actually that bad?
Then I tell you it isn't that bad. I'd rather lose the work and earn the referral than oversell a fix you don't need.
